By purchasing any repair services involving reworks or modifications of glassware ("repairs"), customer acknowledges the risks involved in this process. Due to the unknown original quality & construction of non-Purr glass items, repairs can risk further damage, and may become unsalvageable during the process.
Repairs will be completed within 2-3 weeks after the date the repair is received by Purr and all outstanding fees are paid, depending on current production queues. If repairs are received with additional damage from shipping and requires further repair beyond the initial quote, we'll contact you with the extra repair fees due in order to proceed with the overall repair. In the event you no longer want the repair, you’ll be responsible for the shipping fees to return the item back to you as is. Repairs may be subject to delay under unforeseen circumstances.
Repairs must be received within 2 weeks of the order date or the order will be cancelled & can be resubmitted at another time. Variations outside of the agreed design at time of order can be subject to additional charges and extended turnaround times. Completed repairs are final sale and non-refundable.
