>  What do you accept as payment for an order?

We currently accept all major credit cards, such as Visa, Master Card, Discover, & American Express. Please note that we currently do not accept PayPal.

>  Why can’t I complete my order?

This is more than likely a result of your shipping address & billing address not matching if you are placing an order over a certain dollar amount. If the information you have entered is correct & you are still experiencing issues, you will want to contact your bank in the event that they have not updated your current billing address.

>  I think you charged me multiple times?

If you accidentally placed an order twice, contact us immediately. If an order is incomplete, the charge should clear itself within a couple days & the original, successful order will be placed. You can confirm the orders that will be appropriately processed by the amount of confirmation emails you receive.

>  My card was charged but I didn't get an order confirmation.

This is most likely an issue with your bank. The charge should be removed in a just few business days.

>  How do I use a coupon code?

To use a coupon code, you can click the "Add Coupon" text at the bottom of your Cart and paste the code into the field that appears, and click the Apply button when you are done.

>  Do you offer a veteran’s discount?

Sorry, but we do not offer a veterans discount. We do offer a 10% one-time use discount when you sign up for our mailing list offer on our home page. Please note that signing up for our mailing list at the bottom of our website will not send the coupon to your email. You will need to claim the offer that appears when visiting our home page in order to receive the offer.

>  Do you offer discounts on large orders?

>  Do you take orders over the phone?

Sorry, but we cannot take orders over the phone due to laws & regulations.

>  Can I pay by check or some other method?

Sorry, but we cannot take checks for your orders. We only accept credit/debit cards currently.

>  What shows up on my credit card or bank statement when I purchase something from you?

You will only see "Purr" as the issuer for the order.
