Your satisfaction is important to us. Every handcrafted product is meticulously inspected & packaged to ensure you receive an outstanding product.

Please ensure to inspect your order prior to use. In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, receive an incorrect item, or an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt & ensure the item is unused & in 100% new condition.

SHIPPING

We ship anywhere in the United States for FREE!

Regularly stocked items will leave our warehouse within 24-72 hours the day after your order has been processed during business days. Or check the 'Availability' within each product page for more detailed order processing times.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, shipped & delivered. Log into your account to access your order details, status & tracking number.

We ship using USPS from Chatsworth, Los Angeles, CA. Adult signature required at delivery. US ship times are typically between 1-5 business days depending on your shipping destination. 

For your convenience, all orders ship in either discreet corrugated brown boxes, mailing envelopes or designated USPS boxes & the shipping label is addressed from Purr.

RETURNS

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos & explanation of the situation to qualify for a return. Items must be unused & received in original 100% new condition, inclusive of all its components & in original packing materials. We recommend you purchase insurance & retain all tracking information regarding your return shipment to ensure the package is returned properly to us.

Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return & 7-10 business days for your bank to issue a refund. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee & all shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipment fees are your responsibility.

EXCHANGES

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos & explanation of the situation to qualify for a return. Items must be unused & received in original 100% new condition, inclusive of all its components & in original packing materials. We recommend you purchase insurance & retain all tracking information regarding your return shipment to ensure the package is returned properly to us.

Upon receiving your return, please allow 2 business days for us to process your exchange. All shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipment fees are your responsibility.

INCORRECT ITEMS OR DAMAGES
