Your satisfaction is important to us. Every hand crafted product is meticulously inspected and packaged to ensure you receive an outstanding product.

Please ensure to inspect your order prior to use. In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, receive an incorrect item, or an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

SHIPPING

We ship anywhere in the United States for FREE!

Regularly stocked items will leave our warehouse within 24-72 hours after your order has been processed. 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. Log into your account to access your order details, status, and tracking number.

We ship using UPS & USPS. Adult signature required at delivery. US ship times are between 1-6 days dependent on your shipping destination. Refer to the map below for a general guideline on transit times to various locations within the United States. UPS Ground does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.

Currently, we ship within the United States. UPS does not ship to P.O. Box addresses. All P.O. Box addresses will be shipped through USPS. Please check back with us frequently for updates on our shipping policies.

For your convenience, all orders ship in either discreet corrugated brown boxes or designated USPS boxes & the shipping label is addressed from Purr.

RETURNS

Returned items must be unused and received in its original condition, inclusive of all its components, and in original packing materials. We recommend you purchase insurance and retain all tracking information regarding your return shipment to ensure the package is returned properly to us. Include your customer number on your shipping label. You can locate your customer number by logging into your account. 

Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return and 7-10 business days for your bank to issue a refund. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and all shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipment fees are your responsibility.

If you need to cancel your order contact us immediately.

INCORRECT ITEMS OR DAMAGES

In the unlikely event your order arrives incorrect or damaged please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with your customer number, a photo, and explanation of the situation. If it was our error, we will gladly replace the item at no cost to you. 

EXCHANGES

Upon receiving your return, please allow 2 business days for us to process your exchange. All shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipment fees are your responsibility.
