What is our warranty?

Our 1 year warranty is a service we offer to give our community peace of mind when purchasing our glass. The warranty covers any damage for an entire year after time of delivery. In order to qualify for the warranty, you must purchase it alongside the glass you wish to cover*. 

Why do we offer it?

Let's be real, glass is glass. While we strive to produce the highest quality glass products available, the nature of glass can lead to unfortunate accidents. Whether your pet decides to give your piece a tumble, or your friend fumbles that brand new slide, we want our community to be confident in their purchase knowing that we have their backs in any situation.

How do I claim my warranty?

In the event that you need to claim your warranty, please follow these directions so we can get to replacing or repairing your glass as soon as possible.

  • Email support@purrsmoking.com with a FULL image of the damage
  • Briefly explain the damage & how it occurred, as well as what you're returning (please include your order number for quicker service)
  • We request that you clean your piece if you can. Learn how here.
  • Returned within 7 days of authorization
  • Packaged safely & securely
  • Shipping label provided free of charge** once authorized

Please allow 5-10 business days for a repair or replacement.

*Policy excludes Bundle Deals, non-glass accessories & glassblowing supplies.
*Not valid on wholesale orders.
**International customers are responsible for shipping, customs & import taxes.
