Shipping policy

Free shipping is available to all continental US retail orders $89 and over, on regular merchandise. Retail orders outside the continental US are responsible for all shipping, duties/taxes, and fees for their destination. This policy is not valid on services like repairs or customs. Ship times shown at checkout represent estimated carrier transit times, exclusive of our studio’s standard processing times. Expedited and "Next-Day" services do not include our standard processing time. Regularly stocked items ship out as soon as next business day from time-of-order (does not include weekends). If you are looking to receive your package by a certain deadline, please reach out to us ahead of time so we can better assist.

In very special cases, products may take longer to ship out than projected. Please note that shipping estimates presented at checkout are not representative of processing and packaging times, and are only an estimate for courier timelines. Packages may be subject to delays outside our control due to weather, holidays, etc.

You'll receive an email from us with your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. We ship domestic packages through USPS, but are available to upgrade your shipping to a different carrier or service. Just contact us with your order number and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note that, due to the adult nature of our products & industry, you will need to sign for your package upon delivery. We understand this may be inconvenience for some living situations, but this helps keep carriers responsible, as they won't be able to leave your package unattended, and ensures you qualify for any insurance in the event that your package becomes lost or damaged. If you're having trouble receiving deliveries, please contact your local post office for updates and scheduling pickups or redeliveries. If needing to claim damage or missing items in your order after shipping, please retain all packaging in the event we need photo documentation.

If you are shopping wholesale with us, shipping is billed to you after your order is placed, based on order contents and size.
