If you are having issues completing your order, make sure your billing and shipping addresses are identical. Secure delivery is important to us and our community, and we want to be sure you receive your package without a hitch. Due to the nature of smokeware and shipping across the globe, we require your shipping and billing addresses to match when checking out on our store. Unfortunately, we cannot service orders who's shipping and billing addresses are not the same.
